About Me

Dr. Jana Erika Cua is a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She serves as Medical Director for three companies, supervises mid-level providers, and provides both inpatient and outpatient care.

In her private practice, Dr. Cua practices high quality concierge psychiatry. She caters to every patient’s needs. She is readily available via phone, text, or video conference call. She is available almost any time over the day and evenings, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Dr. Cua was born and raised in New Jersey. She graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2009. In 2011, she graduated with a Master of Science in Biochemistry from Rutgers University. She continued on to obtain her Doctor of Medicine degree from Ross University in 2015, graduating with High Honors.

Dr. Cua completed her Internal Medicine internship from 2016-2017 at Florida State University before transferring to psychiatry. She completed an ACGME-accredited Psychiatry Residency at Community Health of South Florida and served as chief resident in her final year. Currently, Dr. Cua is working on obtaining her Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami.

In her free time, Dr. Cua likes to spend time with her family. She has two dogs–a German Shepherd named Rocky and a Yorkshire Terrier named Lil One. She also loves to play the violin and has been playing the violin since she was 9.
